The Following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, re-orders and all other orders by the Purchaser until and unless another Purchase Agreement is signed.

• Claims and Authorized Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.


• Returns will not be accepted without prior Authorization and return Authorization Number.


• Purchaser agrees to pay a 20% restocking Fee plus shipping costs for all unclaimed and refused orders, orders pulled but not paid that are waiting for checks, and/or declined Credit Card Orders.


• Order changes must be submitted in writing and will not be accepted within 30 days from date of order, but a minimum of 60 days before the shipping date.


• Viktoria Hayman Accessories is granted a one week grace period from the Order Completion Date.


• All bills are payable in full within the specified terms indicated on the invoice.


• A 1.5% monthly interest charge is assessed on overdue balances.


• A $25.00 Fee is assessed for all returned checks.


• If your Account is turned over to a Collection Agency or Attorney for Collection or in the event of default, all Collection, Legal Expenses and Attorney Fees will be paid by the Debtor.Collection and legal expenses shall include, but not be limited to all costs of filing Legal process, service of Summons and Complaints, witness fees, Collection Fees and Attorney fees.The courts of the County and State of Viktoria Hayman Accessories, Inc will have jurisdiction over any legal procedings.
