Delivery occurs in 3 to 5 business days after processing.

UPS 2nd Day
Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.

UPS Next Day Air
Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico cannot be sent using UPS Ground service. During check-out you must choose from our UPS Air services.

Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 72 hours from the time they begin process Processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after NOON EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after NOON EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these Shipping methods will ship the same day (pending product availability and Credit card approval) if ordered before NOON EST. After Noon EST they will ship the next business day.

Gift Certificates are shipped separately from a secure location, even when You purchase other merchandise as part of the same order. When your order Includes only gift certificates they will ship free of charge when you Select standard shipping. However, if you select 2-day or overnight shipping wWe will charge a $10 fee. If you purchase a Viktoria Hayman Gift Certificate along with other merchandise, our regular shipping rates apply For the shipping service level you select. No incremental fees will be Charged.
