Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of
the delivery date
Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the
delivery date
Items returned past the timeframes outlined above may be returned in
exchange for Viktoria Hayman gift card only. The amount of the gift card
will be the current selling price of the items returned.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn or altered.
All tags must be attached.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales
are final.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Viktoria Hayman Accessories reserves the
right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy
requirements.
Shipping Errors
Shipping Errors or Damaged Products.
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or if you received a
damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Viktoria Hayman Accessories will provide a
pre-paid UPS shipping label to expedite the return.

Refunds
Viktoria Hayman will refund the original form of payment or provide you with a Viktoria Hayman gift certificate according to our policies outlined above.
We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your
merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles
from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
We will charge a $7.00 fee when you use our pre-paid return label. You will see this as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.
